DiMax Face Validation with Check option is a new smart application from Promelit that allows you to increase
security in restricted access areas, such as bank branches, jewellery shops and the like. The system incorporates a face recognition algorithm and is notable for the compact dimensions of the hardware, including the video camera. The control application allows you to identify the faces of people entering the branch as soon as they step into the vestibule, and records and logs the footage. As a customer approaches the inner door, the system verifies that their face is visible in shot.

The Check option adds an additional safeguard to Face Validation. The system is alerted that someone is present by a trigger mechanism such as the opening of the outer door, and only opens the inner door if a face can be seen in shot. If a face is not detected within a few seconds, the system automatically invites the entrant to look into the camera with a recorded message and visual cues (e.g. LED signage), or alerts security staff.

The ProVision software facilitates the easy and intuitive management of the DiMax Face Validation application with Check option, and of all Promelit DVR equipment. This centralized solution makes it possible to review real-time events and recordings remotely, so they can be monitored by personnel in a control centre.
