For years, Promelit solution has been “full risk” maintenance contract which, in its most common typology, on payment of a fee (usually annual), offers the security of an unlimited number of interventions in the event of a failure, within the set time-scale, without further charges for either labour and/or replaced damaged parts. The formula is called “full risk” because these contracts also cover the client against damages caused by external events such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, etc. (these causes of failure are not even covered in the warranty period because they obviously do not in any way depend on a product defect).
